Parents are encouraged to enter their child in camp for the grade level that their child will be entering in September. This can certainly be negotiated with SJMB staff.

The deadline for players to switch clubs is Oct. 9. Once you begin club league, players will not be released to another club & will be expected to participate in club provincials with SJMB. We will make exceptions for certain situations involving bullying or other underlying issues with the team.

• Members may cancel their subscription at any time.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No future payments will be charged after the current billing cycle ends.
• Monthly membership fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
• If a cancellation is requested before the first scheduled practice after joining, a full refund will be issued.
• If SJMB cancels a program or is unable to provide the program for an extended period, SJMB may issue a full or prorated refund, or provide a credit toward future membership.
• Any discounts, financial assistance, or special pricing must be approved by SJMB prior to registration.

All participants must sign the program waiver prior to starting. This is mandatory for all players to ensure they are covered under our insurance policy as well. This is included with all online registrations.

Practices cancelled due to holiday or weather closures, will not be rescheduled.
For snow days, we will still operate if the facility remains open & public transportation is still operating.
